GeggsMenu.co.uk is an independent guide to the Greggs menu in the UK. We list current prices, calorie counts, full nutrition and allergen details for every item, so you know what you are paying and eating before you reach the counter.
Why this site exists
Greggs prices change, seasonal items come and go, and the price you pay depends on where you buy. A sausage roll at a high street shop and the same roll at a London station are two different prices. Nutrition and allergen details sit in one place, prices in another, and shop hours somewhere else again.
We bring all of it together on one fast page per item. Our mission is simple: one accurate, easy to read place for everything about the Greggs menu, with nothing hidden behind sign ups.

How we get our data
Our menu, nutrition and allergen data comes from the information Greggs publishes for its own menu, the same data that powers greggs.com. Prices come from the live menus of Greggs shops. Greggs groups its shops into price lists, so we show the standard list, used by 2,018 of the 2,819 shops we track, alongside the higher central London and travel list.
The site is rebuilt every day. Menu prices and items are refreshed each time we collect the menu again, most recently in October 2026. The "Updated" date on each page shows when that page was last refreshed. When Greggs changes a price or a recipe, there can be a short gap before it shows here, which is why every price comes with a note to check in your local shop.

GeggsMenu.co.uk is run by a small independent editorial team. We write every page, check the data against the official menu, and keep the tools free. We do not take payment from Greggs or any other brand to feature their products.
Corrections
Spotted a wrong price, a missing item or an allergen that looks off? Tell us. Corrections are the main reason people write in, and we fix confirmed errors on the next daily rebuild.
